culture of change
In his address, the president indicated that it is important to generate a culture of change from childhood, in home education and educational centers.

The president pointed out that it is important to teach from educational centers through the Ministry of Education, and at home to instill a culture of denunciation and not allow this crime to continue in Guatemalan homes.
This must be a change of culture that requires the participation of society, the State and specialized agencies.said.
For this reason, the president called on the institutions and the population in general to join efforts that can register positive results to reduce this scourge that affects the country.
