Route of the Entrepreneur continues with activities this week
Guatemala City, November 7 (AGN).- The Government of Guatemala, through the Ministry of Economy (mineco)carry carried out this week various activities as part of the Route of the Entrepreneur.
The authorities reported that these actions are part of the strategy of the Vice Ministry of Development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (Mipyme) to strengthen the local economy.
From this account, workshops, training, exhibitions and festivals are scheduled to be held in different departments of the country.

Among the activities that will be carried out are the following:
Monday 7
- workshop on the incidence in the strengthening of the municipal offices of economic development, in Huehuetenango
- workshop on the basic management of a sewing machine, in San Bartolomé Milpas Altas, Sacatepéquez.
Tuesday 8
- workshop on customer service, in Salamá, Baja Verapaz
Wednesday 9
- workshop on general waiter knowledge, in San Juan Alotenango, Sacatepéquez
Thursday 10
- workshop on the preparation of the 2023 annual operating plan of the Commission for Economic Development, Competitiveness and Decent Employment of Rabinal, Baja Verapaz
- Rabinal Achí Handicraft Expobazar, in Rabinal, Baja Verapaz
- Wool Festival, in the Chiyax canton, Totonicapán
- Gastronomic festival, in Zacapa
Entrepreneur route
The authorities stressed that the Route of the Entrepreneur is an initiative of the Government of Guatemala in charge of Mineco to accompany small entrepreneurs in their training process.
The objective is to support them from the conception of their business idea until they are consolidated, to generate new employment opportunities. The strategy is complemented by the support of the private sector.
These actions also work in compliance with the axis of Economy, Competitiveness and Prosperity, of the General Government Policy 2020-2024.
