Innovating is not creating a new color, but highlighting the colors that are going to be trending worldwide. This is how the four Sherwin-Williams collections: Bioma, Lore, Nexus and Origen propose the shades for 2023.
“This is a work of months, in which studies are carried out with many people. There are several involved who present this color report. The brand is a tool for the segment of designers, specifiers, architects or simply for those who want to give their home a radical change. Colormix 2023 Terra, is a collection that connects to the earth under our feet, with natural, creative, warm and stimulating colors.
“Like every year, we launch the color collections for the following year. Colors that will be in trend and that will mark the different areas with which the brand works. This 2023, the chosen color palette is called Terra. A palette that has four collections of 10 colors each and that you can easily find on our website www.sherwinca.com or at all the points of sale of our authorized distributors. Where they will be able to choose the color that best suits the personality of the person who buys it,” said Antonella Ventriglia, Sherwin-Williams regional marketing director for Central America.

In Bioma, colors stand out, such as Threshold Taupe SW 7501, White Raisin SW 7685, Evergreen Fog SW 9130 or Urbane Bronze SW7048, among others, which highlight the connection between nature and environments. We can combine the Colormix 2023 palette with wood or bamboo, to create areas that evoke well-being.
Sherwin-Williams also introduces its Lore Collection with hues that invite reconnection with past cultures with an exciting mix of antique reds, dusty pastels and rich jewel tones. This palette is ideal for creating sophisticated spaces. In this collection, colors such as Studio Mauve SW 0062, Blue Peacock SW 0064, Wallflower SW 6281 or Mineral Gray SW 2740 stand out, among others.
With Nexus, the palette is made up of earthy browns, soft whites and warm tones that exude comfort, giving rise to intimate and elegant areas, with colors such as Lei Flower SW 6613, Malted Milk SW 6057, Linkeable Sand SW 6058 or Redend Point SW 9081 (chosen as color of the year 2023), among others.
For its part, Origen is a collection inspired by mixing and matching, totally changing the decoration of the areas of our homes with vibrant and cheerful tones, highlighting colors such as Pure White SW 7005, Fabulous Grape SW 6293, Peppery SW 6615 or the Goldfinch SW 6905, among others.
