Inauguration of the Global Entrepreneurship Week
Guatemala City, Nov 8 (AGN).- Guatemala inaugurated on Tuesday the Global Entrepreneurship Week, which takes place from November 14 to 20. For this reason, the event Entrepreneurial Vision 2022in charge of Ministry of Economy (Mineco).
According to the portfolio, Entrepreneurial Vision 2022 aims to strengthen the development, growth and competitiveness of entrepreneurship and micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs).
That is why the activities developed were linked to the improvement of the competitive capabilities of the Guatemalan entrepreneurial ecosystem.
There were also conferences, product exhibitions, orientation and availability of financial products from the national banking system.
Lastly, the winning business models of the El Gran Pitch contest were awarded. This contest consisted of the presentation of the business models before a qualifying jury.

The Mineco explained that Guatemala is one of the 150 nations that celebrates Global Entrepreneurship Week, also known as Global Entrepreneurship Week.
As part of the event, the Vice Ministry of Development of MSMEs will carry out activities focused on strengthening national entrepreneurssuch as the Latin American Impact Investment Forum 2022.
Likewise, the Vice Minister of Mipyme Development, Fernando Escalante, pointed out that the portfolio works on strategies focused on strengthening entrepreneurship in Guatemala.
With the realization of this event we can say that we are fulfilling one of the goals that we have set for ourselves: to consolidate the ventures and turn them into formal and scalable businesses with the potential to market products nationally and internationally, added.
