Mobile Consulates will benefit nationals in Nebraska and California
Guatemala City, Nov 5 (AGN).- Following up on its Mobile Consulates initiative, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Minex) It has two conferences planned for this month in Nebraska and California, United States.
The objective is to bring various procedures and services to the nationals who reside in those states and nearby cities. Both activities will take place on the weekend of the 19th and 20th of this month, but appointments can be made from next week.
The first day will take place in Bellevue, Nebraska, and will be in charge of the General Consulate of Guatemala established in Denver, Colorado.
Those who require assistance must set aside their quota by calling the lines 303 629 9212 and 303 355 2177. According to the diplomatic headquarters, the appointments will begin on Tuesday, from 8:00, Colorado time.

The second of the mobile consulates will be held in Escondido, California, and will be in charge of the Guatemalan headquarters in San Bernardino, in that same state.

Among the documents that nationals can manage are the passport and consular card. Likewise, they will be able to receive personalized attention for various topics.

The Minex develops days of this type in different cities, as part of the actions to support Guatemalans who live in the North American nation.
In previous days, the head of that portfolio, Mario Búcaro, reported that the goal for this year is to make 140 mobile consulates. Until the third week of September, 96 of these activities had been carried out and the number of beneficiaries was close to 44 thousand.
