The star of the NFL, Tom Brady, assures that his divorce with the model Gisele Bündchen was consummated in an “amicable” way
Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bündchen and NFL star Tom Brady announced Friday that they have divorced.
considerate as one of the most powerful and richest couples in show business in the US.this divorce closes several months of rumors about them.
“My wife and I have recently finalized our divorce after 13 years of marriage,” explained Brady, 45, in a statement posted on Instagram.
“We came to this decision amicably and with gratitude for the time we spent together.. We are blessed with beautiful and wonderful children (Benjamin and Vivian) who will continue to be the center of our world in every way. We will continue to work together as parents to always make sure they get the love and attention they deserve”added the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback.
Bündchen, 42, also took to social media to explain her breakup with Brady and noted that her two children will continue to be her “priority”.
“The decision to end a marriage is never easy but we have grown apart and although of course it is difficult to go through something like this, I feel blessed for the time we had together. and I only wish the best always for Tom“, wrote.
Considered the best passer in NFL history and as one of the great legends of American sports, Brady, winner of seven Super Bowls, announced last February that he was going to retire but weeks later he surprisingly reversed course and this season he continues to compete with the Buccaneers, who have started the new season on the wrong foot (3-5 after eight matches).
This faux withdrawal by Brady has been cited numerous times as one of the causes of his crisis with Bündchen.
