Since 2019, the Pharmacies are one of the strong sponsors of the Cycling Tour and on this occasion they make history together with Fraijanes, a municipality in the department of Guatemala that receives the caravan of cyclists for the first time.

In this stage the first three to reach the finish were Wilmar Pérez, from the Cerámicas Castelli-Aso team. Quetzaltenango with a time of 3 hours 12 minutes 20 seconds; Mardoqueo Vásquez, from Hino-One-La Red- Suzuka, 19 seconds behind the first; and Sergio Chumil, also from Hino-One-La Red-Suzuka, at 49.
