This is how the race towards the knockout stages of the Champions League looks before Tuesday’s games
The first two of each group will qualify to the round of 16 of the Champions League, whose draw will take place on November 7; clubs ranked third they will go to a round of sixteen of the Europa League; the rooms will be eliminated from all European competition.

. Chelsea will qualify for the round of 16 if he wins in Salzburg. In the event of a tie, they will qualify if AC Milan win in Zagreb (if Chelsea win and Dinamo lose or tie, the Blues will secure top spot in the group).

. Real Madrid has secured a pass to the round of 16. If they win or draw against the Leipzigthe defending champions will make sure to finish at the top of group F.
. Leipzig could qualify on Tuesday if they beat Real Madrid and Shakhtar lose in Glasgow.
. Shakhtar will be out of the round of 16 race if they lose in Scotland and Leipzig win.
. Celtic no longer have any chance of reaching the round of 16 but they have a chance of going to the Europe League in case of victory.

. Manchester City is assured of qualifying for the round of 16. If they win or draw in Dortmund, the English champions will ensure they finish top of Group G.
. Dortmund will qualify for the round of 16 in case of victory. If the German club draws and Copenhagen does not win, their ranking will also be in their pocket. Dortmund can even qualify in the event of defeat, provided that Seville and Copenhagen draw.
. Sevilla will be out of the round of 16 race if they don’t win, or if Dortmund don’t lose.

. PSG will qualify for the round of 16 if they beat Maccabi Haifa. If the Parisians draw and Juventus do not beat Benfica in Lisbon, the French club will also seal the pass.
. Benfica will qualify for the round of 16 if they beat Juve. If they tie and Maccabi Haïfa do not win in the Princes Parkthey will also be classified.
. Juventus and Maccabi Haifa must win yes or yes to maintain their hopes of accessing the Champions League round of 16.
