The president of the commission, Cándido Leal, said in a brief press conference that the opinion was endorsed by 17 congressmen and only one vote against.
The document details that an analysis was made and it was agreed to increase the collection goal.
“Within the analysis process, the proposed tax collection for the fiscal year 2023 is modified, which it was considered that the figure projected as a collection goal of Q84, 6|0. 66 million is increased to Q86, 247.63 million, which represents a increase of Q1,639.97 million”, he details.
