The Prosecutor for Crimes against Life and Integrity of Persons obtained 25-year prison sentence against Williams Franklin Tiniguar Guchi.
The Public Ministry reported on Friday, October 14 that the sentence was for the crime of murder as intellectual author.
The investigations determined that the sentenced person is a member of Mara 18 and that he received instructions from the leaders of this gang.
The instructions were to plan the death of a person.
To commit the crime, they used videos and maps of the location of the victim to kill him.
