One of the companies of Grupo Salinas, advances with great innovations in its digital service proposal, the Banco Azteca Guatemala App is available through the iOS and Android operating system, in order to facilitate the banking operations of users from the cell phone.

The application has been developed 100% thinking about the needs of customers who can download from their cell phones easily and at no cost, it is also designed with high security standards to protect customer data and privacy.

Through the expanded service of the application, they seek to improve the availability of banking, reaching the user in a friendly and close way with the sole use of the cell phone or tablet.

“The Banco Azteca App was born as part of our digital transformation, the objective is to develop a system that allows self-management, improves the experience and creates a new way of interacting with customers, maintaining and transferring the personalized attention to which they are accustomed in physical agencies to the digital world,” explained David Rivas, director of digital business for Grupo Salinas Guatemala.

The technology and extensive catalog of services will allow transfers to be made through a QR code, telephone number or proximity; as well as collection of remittances, payments of services and credits, opening accounts, renewals and credit purchases, etc.

“We are focused on streamlining the experience of our customers and making it safe, and through the Banco Azteca App we get closer to them, we innovate to facilitate their processes. We adapt to users, to their needs, to their schedules, since now they will be able to carry out transactions 365 days a year at any time and from wherever they are; The advantage of digitization is that it allows us to access our information and services just by having our cell phone at hand,” said Luis Fernando García, manager of Banco Azteca Guatemala.
