Marquense coach is suspended and fined for racist insults towards a Nueva Concepción player

In this situation, the Disciplinary Body of the First Division Leaguemade the decision to suspend technician Cavallo for three months and imposed a fine of Q15,000, based on what you say Article 59 of the Disciplinary Regulation of the First Division League, and the sanction according to codes 59.1 and 59.2.

Article 59. RACISM AND DISCRIMINATION

  • a) The Official or Player who through acts or words humiliates, discriminates or insults a person or a group of people because of their race, skin color, language, gender, creed and origin in a way that violates human dignity.

SANCTION

  • 59.1 Suspension from all Federated Soccer activities for three months;
