Guatemala City, Sept 25 (AGN).- The Ministry of Communications, Infrastructure and Housing (CIV) issued a statement highlighting that on instructions from the President Alejandro Giammattei Attention work is carried out after the collapse registered in Calzada Concepción, Villa Nueva.

The Defense Ministry, on its official Twitter account of the Guatemalan Army, reported that rescue teams, personnel, machinery and special equipment from the Corps of Engineers have been made available.

Evaluations
The Conred mentions that evaluation tasks are carried out in the area of the incident, to minimize risk, emergency or disaster situations.

President Alejandro Giammattei lamented the emergency that occurred in Villa Nueva, the product of an undermining.
