about the program
The Mineco, through the Vicemipyme, created this project in order to benefit entrepreneurs and merchants who operate informally in the country.
With the support of the government of the president Alexander Giammattei, this initiative supports the economic transformation of MSMEs. These actions are part of the inter-institutional work with various state, autonomous and private entities,
On the other hand, these entities create various spaces of opportunity for new entrepreneurs in the national territory.
That includes everything from bazaars to promote their products to workshops that strengthen the knowledge of small entrepreneurs. Likewise, the Mineco has managed to provide them with help to enter international markets, and it is an example of the work that is being carried out for the economic development of Guatemala.
In addition, support for this area also generates employment sources for other citizens.
